It’s been a strange summer so far, hot but humid, clouds creeping in suddenly over the city, the sky darkening within minutes and pouring its load of summer rain over unsuspecting Budapesters. Which is definitely unpleasant when you set out in sandals because it’s such a shiny morning and then end up navigating downpours of biblical proportions, but not bad at all in terms of hunting for different skies each day.
